Rates & Policies

Service Hours

Business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm M-Th, Fridays 9:00am to 3:00pm.  We will accommodate clients requiring emergency errands and after hour service when possible, additional charges apply.

We ask for 24 hour notice for all service requests to help us better serve you.  All cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.

Payment Types & Terms

Basic Rate:

$25 per hour with a one hour minimum, additional time is billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.  The hour begins when we leave our office.

Seniors 65 + receive a 20% discount. 

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, money order or check to It's About Time.  There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.  Fees are subject to change.

Mileage included in the hourly rate is for the first 15 miles. Additional mileage is .48/mile.

You will receive a detailed invoice for all services and product purchases.

Transportation services are not available due to insurance liability issues.
